Job Tasks :
welcome! We are looking for those who are passionate about being part of our team at the Center of Excellence! As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries and questions related to the overall FoodTech product inbound communication channels and conduct outbound communications with our customers to gauge their satisfaction.

Handling customer inquiries received at the Center of Excellence.
Follow up on customer inquiries, make satisfaction measurement calls, and perform other outbound tasks.
Accurately document communications records in our CRM and ticketing systems.
Escalate and follow up with the concerned teams with FoodTech in case any support is required from their side until the case is resolved.
Train customers on the use of FoodTech products using multiple virtual channels.
Report daily events to team leaders and highlight areas that may need additional attention.

Bachelor's degree in any specialty.
Years of experience in call center or customer service roles
Very good in English, especially speaking and verbal communication
Flexibility to work different shifts in Yemen - on-site (essential)
Comfortable and skilled at providing training (preferred)
Willing to work hard and be independent to handle client cases until the case is resolved Strong by nature in communication,
Has a great problem-solving ability - comfortable carrying out routine tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Previous experience in SaaS/Tech or food and beverage industry. Important hashtags: #High_call_volume
